A delegation jointly led by the Vice President of The World Federation of KSIMC, Shabbar Dhalla and the President of The Council of European Jamaats, Dr Husein Jiwa visited Sayed Jawad Sharistani on Sunday 26 October 2014 in London, United Kingdom. Sayed Jawad Sharistani is a son-in-law and representative of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Al-Sayyid Ali Al-Husseini Al-Sistani (may Allah (swt) prolong his life) is currently convalescing from his surgical operation. |

The delegation passed on the community’s’ wishes and prayers for his full and speedy recovery.
Sayed Sharistani urged the Shias to emulate the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (a.s.) and that we must refrain from actions that may cause hatred towards the Shia and the Ahlulbayt (a.s.) and to give respect to leaders of other sects and religions just as the Shias would expect their leaders to be treated.
He praised the administrative skills of the Khoja community be at local, regional or at world level and urged the Khoja community to take lead on forming an influential Global Muslim Community encompassing specifically of Shias from all backgrounds. He added that a united and an integrated Muslim Community can achieve milestones in every respect.
He also said he will initiate a way for the youths to be in communication with His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Al-Sayyid Ali Al-Husseini Al-Sistani (may Allah (swt) prolong his life) through his representatives.
The delegation wished him a restful period of recovery and requested that when he returns, to pass on the community’s salaams and prayers to His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Al-Sayyid Ali Al-Husseini Al-Sistani (may Allah (swt) prolong his life).
