Have you ever wondered how the actions of your ancestors have shaped the way you live today?  Now is the perfect time to find out more about the history of Khojas.

Following the success of the Birmingham Screening, CoEJ & WF are pleased to present the London Screening of 'The Khojas: A Journey of Faith'.

Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheris, (KSI) numbering less than 150,000 pale into insignificance in the context of 200 million Shia worldwide.  Yet they are perceived to have a presence that far exceeds their size.  Come and find out how they converted  from their Hindu heritage, to a mystic faith called Satpanth  and their subsequent conversion to the Ismaili path and eventually to  the  Ja’fari madhab.   Join us at the Safari Theatre in Harrow  on Sep 7 to watch this fascinating 650  years account of how the KSI  came to be what they are today and what make them tick.

In this 120 minute documentary, we follow Dr Hasnain Walji on his journey around the world as he meets a distinguished panel of experts, prominent personalities, and historians who appear on camera to explore the journey of the community and where it is today.

'The Khojas - A Journey of Faith' will be sceening on Sunday 7 September 2014 at 1:30pm at the Safari Theatre, Harrow.

The price per ticket is £5. Please complete the registration form here
