ZCSS – Building solid careers and solid futures

Imam-e-Zamana Mission (IZM) Hyderabad students Sakina Fatima and Askari Fatima  have both successfully completed their B.SC in Nursing and will continue on to complete a 6 month internship.  Upon completion of the internship, they will receive certificates which will further assist them in securing positions in reputable hospitals.

This was made possible through the Zainabiyya Child Sponsorship Scheme (ZCSS).  Through the support of their sponsors, a difference has been made in the lives of these girls, allowing them to study, gain an education, and carve a path to a solid, secure future for themselves and their families.

Sakina Fatima’s Story
The eldest daughter in her family, Sakina Fatima has been staying in Darulyatama (Orphanage) since her childhood.   After losing her father when she was very young, her family had no source of income and her mother had to struggle to make ends meet.  Later Sakina and her two sisters were admitted in Darulyatama.

Sakina Fatima struggled and worked very hard to reach this stage in her life.   She states that “I am happy as I have graduated.  Being from a small and poor family, and growing up in an orphanage, I never dreamed that I would be able to achieve this success.”

Sakina Fatima has been supported by ZCSS from the 4th Std of her schooling until her graduation. She extends her thanks and gratitude to The World Federation for holding her hand through Imam-e-Zamana Mission and leading her out of darkness towards a promising future.

Askari Fatima’s Story
Askari Fatima is also the eldest daughter in the family. Like Sakina, Askari has been staying in Darulyatama since her childhood. She lost her father when she was just three years old and lost her mother a few years back. She states that in her struggle to achieve good marks, she couldn’t attend her mother’s last rites and stills regrets not seeing her face when she passed away.

Similar to Sakina she also faced several struggles to reach where she is today.  She states that “I struggled a lot to achieve my degree because my mother’s dream was that I should complete my graduation and acquire a professional degree. I have fulfilled her dream successfully”.

Askari Fatima has been supported by ZCSS from LKG to graduation.  She also extends her thanks and gratitude to The World Federation for guiding her through Imam-e-Zamana Mission and leading her out of hopelessness & darkness to a bright future. She says “I don’t have any family support, as my sisters are all married and brother is studying, therefore I want and need to be independent”.

Both Sakina Fatima and Askari Fatima are close friends and are strength & support for each other.

The Vice President of Imam-e-Zamana Mission said, “Your support is truly inspiring, not only because of the assistance extended, but also because of your great encouragement to our students through your continued support and visits.  Thank you for your generosity.”
