Standing from L – R.

Our former WF President visits Phoenix Jamaat of Nasimco and quotes below:

"I had the good fortune of meeting our Phoenix community last weekend while I was on a private visit there. It’s a wonderful community with an excellent center where they conduct all their social & religious functions which also includes the Sunday school. They are encouraging snow birds and others to look at Arizona as their future home."

The Islamic Education Foundation of Arizona (IEFAZ) came to existence on Feb 2015 to pursue religious, social and educational activities according to the Islamic Jaffaria faith (Shia Ithna-Asheri Faith) for the community of Phoenix and surrounding areas. We provide and maintain a place for worship, Sunday Islamic school, Thursday Dua Kumayl program and all major Wiladats and shadats programs with live guest speakers.

We are located in the heart of Phoenix in the city of Mesa Arizona. Residents cherish the joy of living in Phoenix for the same reason as more than 20 million visitors flock to this metro area yearly: the weather. In winter, daytime highs are mild, and springtime hits as early as late January, with cactus blossoms and wildflowers blooming. Phoenix is the 19th best place to live and 17 best place to retire out of 125 US metros. The major reason to be top 20 cities is quality of life such as health care, peace, education, infrastructure, affordability and value.

The management of IEFAZ encourages you to consider Phoenix as your Winter home or full-time resident and the community of IEF awaits to welcome and embrace you here. Please contact any of our board members if you need help or have any questions, as all of us would be more than happy to facilitate you.
