The Teacher Skills Program (TSP) of the Madrasah Centre of Excellence (MCE) of The World Federation in collaboration with the Africa Federation Tabligh Board (AFTAB) attains yet another milestone in supporting teachers of the Madaris in various cities in Africa. The TSP is a valuable program that is able to equip the Madrasah teachers in enhancing their skills and talents in teaching. This is facilitated through a two-day intensive program followed by five Micro-teach sessions. Various teachers globally have been successfully trained with the required skills to nurture children in the Madrasah setting.  There are several teachers in various stages of the training program globally.

77 teachers from Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza and Mombasa have completed the MT5 level and have been awarded with a level 2 qualifications from the NCFE.

The training team for the TSP is led by Sayyid Aliraza Naqvi who is also the initiator of the program. He is supported by a team of facilitators placed globally to support the teachers in their growth.
