We are deeply saddened and disturbed by the cowardly terrorist attack in Spain, which took the lives of innocent people and left so many others injured.
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected, especially the Paris-based family from our community, who were horrifically struck in Barcelona, whilst visiting there on holiday.
The World Federation and CoEJ, along with community leaders, are in touch with the family that were sadly affected by this incident and are assisting to accommodate their needs.
May Allah grant the family, along with everyone else, a quick and full recovery. The World Federation exists to serve, and that includes standing up against extremist ideology.
Let's pray that humanity can unite against all forms of terrorism and that there are peaceful times ahead.
