Memorandum of Understanding with I.M.A.M. on Islamic Laws

A memorandum of understanding has been concluded between The World Federation and Imam Mahdi Association of Marjaeya (I.M.A.M.) for the distribution of Islamic Laws in North America.

Published by The World Federation, Islamic Laws is a manual of rulings by His Eminence al-Sayyid Ali al-Husayni al-Sistani (may God protect our scholars). I.M.A.M. is a non-profit organisation that serves as the liaison office of His Eminence in North America. With I.M.A.M.’s extensive reach to the Mu’mineen in that part of the world, the MOU will help bring this manual to many more homes, libraries, and centres.

Commenting on the MOU, Shaykh Dr Murtadha Alidina, Head of The World Federation’s Islamic Education department, said: “Working in partnership with other organisations to achieve common objectives is something that Islamic Education is increasingly striving to do. I am delighted we have signed this MOU with I.M.A.M. as it will facilitate the distribution of this important work across North America. I am thankful to I.M.A.M. for their collaboration, and I hope our organisations can work together on more projects in the future, Insha’Allah.”
